Mojito

Ingredientes:

• 4 onzas de ron blanco
• Media lima cortada en gajos
• 1 ramita de menta
• 1 cucharada de azúcar
• 2 o 3 cubitos de hielo picado
• Club soda o agua mineral con gas
• 1 rodajita de lima para adornar y otra ramita de menta

Instrucciones:

• Poner la lima y el azúcar directamente al vaso y machacarlos con un mortero.
• Agregar la menta.
• Después poner el hielo, el ron blanco y completar el vaso con soda o agua con gas.
• Remover y adornar con una pajita o removedor, una rodaja de lima y una ramita de menta.
